Grades 7-10: Biblical Worldview from OneStory Ministries
Starting with Theology Proper (the study of God and his attributes), and leading into Soteriology (the study of salvation: The Fall, the Covenants, Christ, and the Order of Salvation), youth in this class will focus on absorbing biblical roots of these theological categories. We are using OneStory Ministries curriculum.
Grades 11-12: "Surviving Religion 101" by Dr. Michael Kruger
The youth will be learning about the big points of challenge for a young Christian in the world today, and not just answering them correctly, but seeing why those points of challenge matter to their hearts and the hearts of those who may oppose them. Doubts, suffering, science, the Bible, and Christian morality are some of the topics. We will be using Michael Krueger's book from Crossway.
